4. I understand that data in the TB Portals are updated regularly, as they become available, and that information contained in case records may change over time.
5. I will not copy or otherwise obtain data contained within the TB Portals without a Data Use Agreement (DUA) https://tbportals.niaid.nih.gov/download-data in place between my institution and the TB Portals Program.
